To ensure consistency and that the end result meets or exceeds your expectations we always follow our proven process. Our process has been refined by working through many projects over the years - communication is the key, deadlines are met, quality is assured.
PLANNING
• We either meet at our office or visit your place of business to discuss in depth your objectives and define what it means for your web site to be a success. We establish who your target audience is and what they will be looking for.
ESTIMATE
• We use the detailed information we gather from you during the planning stage to create an accurate and itemized cost estimate. The estimate outlines all of the features and services that will be inlcuded in your web site. This estimate serves as a base foundation for the site to ensure we create an end result that meets your goals and budget.
TIMELINE
• Based upon the information we collect and the estimate that is created for you, we create a detailed timeline for your project. This timeline allows us to create a list of specific deadlines for both you and Eternity Web so that your project is created in a timely and efficient manner.
DESIGN
• Because you need to focus on what you do best, we design the web site you need to automate and promote your business. Using Photoshop we design the graphical look and feel of your site. We then present you with several design concepts to get your feedback. Once revisions are complete and the design is approved, we move onto building the site.
BUILDING
• Using the photoshop design as a template we build the html web site. Any interactive elements and features like javascript, rollovers, php, databases, flash animations, etc. are added to the site as this point. We perform a preliminary test on the site and upload it to a test area for you to suggest any adjustments. Once you are happy with the site we move on to Quality Assurance.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
• Using various browsers and computers, we put your site through it's paces. Often something that works perfectly in one browser may totally break down in another. Testing in-house picks up problems before they reach the outside world. Any problems that come up in the testing are addressed and resolved.
SITE LAUNCH
• Your completed site is uploaded to our dedicated servers and is now live for the world wide web to visit and start knocking down your door!
MARKETING
• If you have purchased a marketing plan, we will professionally optimize your web site for the best search engine placement. We then submit your web site to the relevant search engines for indexing. You are provided with detailed reports that display numbers of visitors, how they found you and more. We also design and print: business cards, brochures, letterhead, newsletters to promote your business.
MONITORING
• Because the web is 24/7 and ever-changing, we monitor the changes in the customer and the external environment to manage change and provide continuing development, so you can always stay one step ahead of your competition.
MAINTENANCE
• Your web site is never truly 'finished'. It is alive and must be updated and adapted to best promote your services and reach your target audience. We will be there to perform any updates on your site as they become necessary.
